La Maison Simons

This place has a very large variety of price points and quality of material. I love all of the styles they have here and I shop here quite often. The staff are friendly and helpful but be aware that they do not wear a uniform so it can be hard to find them. I love the idea of having cash registers and changing rooms throughout the store! cuts on wait times a ton and makes it so that you aren’t forced to go through the whole store!

I'm so happy with my visit here today : came in with a specific item in mind that showed as low in stock. After unsuccessfully searching the well maintained store myself for a little bit, as a last hope I asked a staff member if she maybe knew where I might find it. She was able to take me directly to the area the last one was merchandised in within seconds. The cashier I encountered at the end when checking out was also super friendly and processed the transaction quickly. :

Great store with so much selection! Great brands and selection for all ages. You can get a great sale if you pop in at the right time. I got some beautiful velvet couch pillows for super cheap. The only downside is some things are super expensive. There were some hideous cow toe style high heels for almost 2,000 CAD. I mean I guess they wre unique.

Just visiting West Edmonton Mall with my son summer vacation.nnThrough my walk of WEM I came across this store.nnNever heard of them, but let me tell you, I’ve been telling everyone about this place now.nnIt’s huge, lots and lots of clothing selection for the whole family of all ages.nnAnd then let’s discuss the customer service - absolutely incrediblennWay to go Simmons - love everything about you.

We accidentally stayed 15 minutes past closing time and they were so patient with us, that we had to ask when I noticed management lingering.nnYou guys should definitely notify customers when they stay too late, we had no idea and if people get frustrated, that’s a reflection of them, not you! There’s only so much responsibility you can have for customer interactions.nnThanks for being patient, we felt so bad when we realized our mistake. Solid selection of clothing.
