Not a great place if you need help. The clothes are packed together so tight you need lots of time to go through the racks. The salespeople range from slow to uninterested to rude. The managers are just rude. The return/exchange policy is quite strict- consider your money gone. The brand is decent though so I like to browse online. If I'm feeling impatient, I'll browse online then go to the store to try and find it, otherwise I will buy online and wait for shipping.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. What a rude manager!!!! I have never felt so judged and unwelcome in all my shopping experiences. A nice sales rep was helping me until the “manager” came over, interrupted and basically told me everything was too expensive for me in the store. He was very offensive.

The staff was great but the music was SO LOUD! I couldn't really enjoy my shopping experience.

Employees were somewhat helpful. Very rude manager though. We specifically bought different dresses for my bridesmaids because we did not want to give our business to him.
