The perfect budget hotel. I am a practical budget traveler and this place is the best deal I have gotten for a hotel in the us. $60/night for a room with two double beds. Very clean, very comfortable beds with soft sheets. Looks ramshackle from the outside and the room did have a single unit air conditioner but it worked fine and we were here mid July. Front desk very friendly and helpful, easy check in process. I wish there were places like this everywhere I travel!

My son arrend school at St.Bonaventure so I needed a place to stay with my wife. I liked this place its clean and quiet the person who is attending customers is great. He is to the point no hasle i would go the all the time.

A good place to stay for a quick stop. Nothing special but very fair pricing.

Low price, helpful enough staff. Small beds, barely fit me at 5'10". Bed was also very squeaky.
