The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was a ever so slightly on the smaller side, but it was clean, modern and inviting with high ceilings and a large bathroom. If I HAD to pick out one complaint it would be the pillows kinda sucked, but that's just me grasping at straws to find something.  Would recommend!

This is a lovely hotel. Great staff - very helpful and cordial. Ample parking. Good variety of items for breakfast. Hotel is quiet, clean and centrally located - near St. Bonaventure University and near the city of Olean. Have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again. Keep up the good work!

The rooms were clean and comfortable (yes, i checked for bugs - none!). The shower worked well, and there were a lot of outlets near the bed. Breakfast could have used some fruit, but the rest of the food was fine. Everyone was nice!

Very clean and the staff was absolutely amazing. Was definitely not disappointed.

Nice two note stay,  friendly employees.  We used the lobby as a meeting room  for 20 family members . no  complaints.
