Beautiful place to try out winter activity as well as can go for tracking in the mountains. Can rent a cottage in the wood for campaign.
It has eye catching view from the top. Mont Valin mountain is the best place nearby to Quebec for one or two days trip.

Nice hikes...I regret not being able to go to the Ghost valley. They have only 2 shuttles and they only run twice a day to take your to the valley. You must reserve pretty early, almost a month ago if it's a weekend. Photo credit: @LeClanFraser (twitter)

Mesmerizing. Went for a friend's wedding in summer. Well certainly visit in winter. Quiet and relaxing place to escape from busy life.
