Saguenay's Fjords National Park

This place is so gorgeous. Very clean trails and facilities. Staff is friendly and very helpful. The scenic sights were eye opening and so bewitching.It's really good for hiking and running. Amazing place for camping and for the family. It has very beautiful scenic sights as well. Recommended 10 outta 10

Fantastic place to get way and see a true natural wonder of the world! For all visiting anglophiles, please know this area of Quebec is VERY French and you may find it difficult to navigate, deal with French only signage, and English translated documents are often brief and may not contain all the details (camping regulations, for example!). The people are warm and welcoming, and patient with tourists leaning on Google translate and hand gestures, the produce is great and the hiking, kayaking and whale watching is unparalleled. CAUTION!!! Kayaking in the Sauenay or in the Taddsec harbor is NOT advised without an experienced guide - the currents are complicated, the water colder than in the lower 48, and many areas are excluded due to whale activity. Hire a guide or rent you boats unless you have cold water paddling experience.

I stumbled across this park by accident while killing time in Google maps, and the next summer we planned a vacation around the fjord. Had an amazing time hiking several of the trails. Stayed in L'Anse-Saint-Jean, and while that area is beautiful, I also highly recommend making time to drive to Tadoussac.

Canada has fjords - who would have guessed? They're also gorgeous. Drop by at low tide to walk around in the basin, or hike up in the hills to get a better view. The hikes are challenging, but worth it.

I visited this park in the summer when I was in Tadoussac and it is very beautiful. You can do kayaking, hiking or simply contemplate the view.
