Monticello Bagel Bakery

Favorite place to go to for my lunch break. Fast service, awesome employees, great food, can't beat the prices. And the st patties day bagels were great. Best NYC breakfast sandwiches in the Sullivan county area. The owner really takes pride in his craft.

I am disappointed with what happened this morning. My girlfriend picked up a dozen bagels earlier this week, and come to surprise - there was a fly baked into one of the bagels! I’m glad I turned it over before I kept eating…yikes. I’ve been getting bagels from this place for months and I’ve never had such a problem. Shame they can’t keep better sanitary conditions where they store the dough.

on 12 -13 approx 12:50p I went through the drive threw and placed an order-- sesame bagel w/ cream cheese, everything bagel w/ cream cheese , A small hot tea 1 sugar milk....my order totally wrong both bagels toasted, got coffee instead of tea. total using a card $9.88 I got home and tried to call and figured NO one will answer the phone.... great CS and company.nI AM not driving back to stop in the store for a credit. UNBELIEVABLE --- hope they read this...the next time I come in I hope to speak to the manager.... WAIST !!!!

It's hilarious! I've lived here in Monticello for 3 years now and never tried this place until now! The lines were always so long and so I always pushed it off. I regret not trying it sooner! I see now why they have so much business! I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on an everything bagel. So delicious! Very tasty! The service is also top notch! The staff are friendly, efficient, and fast! The way they run things is very organized and orderly. I only deducted a point for not being able to order hot food at the drive thru. I guess I understand it, it definitely helps the line to move quicker but it would be nice! I will definitely be coming back!

I love bagel bakery best bagels and breakfast sandwiches around. Today I was disappointed. Since they have hired young staff it’s a problem every time. I sent someone to pick up my order two turkey sausage egg and cheese on French toast bagels as well as regular sausage egg and cheese. Where I use to order they would right what is was. My husband and I don’t eat pork do to religion. So now what I thought was gonna be an easy morning is not. Again great owners and amazing food.
