Dunkin' Donuts

Staff is not overly pleasant. When using your free beverage coupon when earned using the Dunkin' Donuts app, rather than make suggestions on what you might want to use it on, they try to tell you how to use your free beverage reward. Service, even when not busy, is very slow. Food items that are supposed to be served hot are served lukewarm. Orders not always correct the first time around. Bathroom is fairly clean. Would not go back unless there was no other option locally.

They consistently screw-up coffee orders. I know it's Monticello and I don't expect much from the fine product of their Public Schools but this is ridiculous. You say no sugar, you get sugar in your coffee. It's pathetic. And they're going to open up a casino in Monticello? They better import the labor from the surrounding counties.

The servers are great.. Very courteous and always with a smile. Not to mention that they are smoken hot 🔥i will come back here regularly.

Great coffee usually.Best to get coffee on a busy day when the pots are draining as quick as they are brewed.
