I love this hotel my new has me staying here on my way to Alberta and on my way back The new owners are super friendly and make sure everything is good with my stay. I DEFINITELY recommend staying there.
This motel is clean, comfortable beds n clean linens. It is quiet and the best sleep of it rains... The management is nice and friendly....we had vehicle problems n needed a place urgently , we opted for this motel as there were reviews from repeat customers who stay there for work. You can see all their work trucks with logos parked outside. Most guests were super friendly with our vehicle broken and my bf trying to fix it, a few of them came to assist, boosting, diagnosing electric issues with any equipment they had. One lady brought us pizza....it was just an increduble experience. We are safey home in Calgary after hoping vehicle to Lordco in Kamloops and replacing water pump. I would sleep here again...
Stopped for 1 night on the way from Edmonton to Vancouver. Seemed like everyone was sitting outside on their chairs and smoking. Smoke was coming into our room. Clean for the most part but there were splash marks on the back wall that could be washed off. Several different colours of touch up paint in the bathroom that also had splash marks. Some sticky looking. Coffee stain in the bathroom sink. Kids enjoyed the pool but it was NOT heated.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean,well appointed and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable.The service was great. We could not believe how quiet the room was as it appeared the motel was full. We are looking forward to staying here again!
Aside from the excess of bedbugs, and no hot water in the morning, it would have been fine.nnPotential to be pretty good, but they desperately need to hire a new cleaner.nnStaff didn't offer compensation or even an apology.
