OMG by far worst place I have stayed ever! I was too tired to drive anymore and needed to stop. Here’s how it went. Not a plastic cup or glass to get a drink in the room. No coffee maker. Place was filthy! Filthy! Crumbs by the microwave, lots of food remnants on top of fridge. Microwave filthy. No security and front doors of motel do no lock! Room door could be budged open. Lamp shade sitting on table…guess it was off the lamp over bed. Take a look at the chair, the only chair in the room. Blood on bedspread? I slept in my clothes and left at 4:45 in the morning. $128!!!! March 19/24 room 210nnGot a response from owner. He asked staff about coffee pot but what they failed to tell him was they didn’t have a coffee pot available, after they looked and THEN I replied forget it I am leaving early. Not expecting to leave at 4:45 am!!! And no comment about the filth! I ate my pizza in my car as I couldn’t stomach eating in the room. The pictures on Expedia are not accurate.
The first time I stayed I was a bit suspect of whether or not it would be worth it, but I was tired and hungry. The staff was outstanding, the rooms were clean and well laid out and the restaurant was excellent.nnI don't recall the name of the young lady who provided my dinner, but she was great!nnI have since stayed at this motel a number of times and the atmosphere and service have been consistently great.nnOn a side note the acronym is a bit funny too, which is the reason I stopped there in the first place. BMI is an acronym for Body Mass Index, a measurement used to calculate a persons body fat percentages. It's very controversial but makes me laugh.
One of the worst hotel I've been. For business reasons, I sleep 5 days/week in hotels so I've seen quite a lot. The room temperature was around 5 celsius degree, mold present in the washroom and electrical lamp was fix with electrical tape with another cord that don't belong there fire hazard.
What great service. Best pizza and I’m not joking. Jessica was a champ, she made my uncle two pizzas remotely. I’m from Quebec. I called back to tell her to add a tip and she said it was fine Eric. I guaranty I will send ask her to charge more next time so she gets a tip. Wow.nnYou can’t find a more honest a amazing restaurant slash hotel. Don’t event think twice. Just go go.nnThank you Jessica for such trust and amazing service.
The hotel was ok for a small hotel. It was clean just a bit outdated. Only thing that got me was a hole in the wall towards the base boards.nWhen i booked the room i notices a discrepancy between the website advertised price and the price i was quoted. I mentioned to the person they said they made note of it and bring to the owner’s attention. When i checked in i mentioned it again. The person made all kinds a excuses saying that was the winter pricing and that i had my son so it was more when I pressed on it they changed their story and said they would let the owner know and he would speak to me. I paid the price quoted.nThe owner NEVER addressed this never called me never even saw the owner. This is low and unprofessional and next time i am back i will choose to stay somewhere else. This is down right rude. I stay in hotels alot and this is not acceptable. If you advertise a price charge it. If you have 2 rates post it. If you have a customer concern address it. To be honest the hotels in BC are the only ones i have an issues with from across Western Canada. Do better.
