It's a chain restaurant, which I'm not generally into. That being said, it's my favourite of the chains. The food is always tasty, the service is the best, heck the chef came out to talk to us! The apple butter ribs have a good amount of meat on them, very tasty, and the medium wings were the best I've had in years! The kids menu is amazing, far more options than most restaurants...my kid had a hard time deciding! The coleslaw was bland, but it's cabbage. Go for the beans instead. When we went, the place was crowded by a huge sports group and their kids...who trashed the bathrooms. The staff remained calm and sweet throughout the noise and stress, and our wait was not too long, in spite of the 40+ meals pumped out by the formidable kitchen staff. The quality of the food didn't suffer either, great kitchen! Cheers to our bartender, host, server. Your trip to P.C. is well deserved! Kid-friendliness: I love Montanas for its kid friendly open decor, and customizable menu selections...and the diabetes inducing frozen drinks my kid loves so much!

We went here for my daughters birthday last night… there were 7 of of us and we got the red head British lady. The food was amazing and didn’t take long, but our service was really upsetting. Our waitress was busy which was okay! But she only checked on us a couple of times, one of the times she told off my grandmother and who had a question about ketchup… it was 100% uncalled for and she only asked once about it… then as I said, it was my daughters birthday, we received not a single smile from her from the whole night and as a recipe waitress, I know for a fact a guest shouldn’t have been treated like this. I told another waitress, we’d like our daughters treat because we had not seen our waitress in a while and because it was her birthday… despite her checking on every single guest around us… I understand if she was having a bad day or if big tables aren’t her thing but after the attitude we received for one question for one question and then continued as if we were a burden really ruined the happy celebration we came there for. Thank you for the yummy food! She loved it tho! 5pm, Thursday November 3rd.
We had a really good experience here. Our server Jolene was very welcoming and helpful with our choices. We had the garlic pull apart for an appetizer and it was one of the best I've had. Our meals were also well done. Overall we really enjoyed our visit and would definitely recommend.

We ordered the chicken burrito bowl and the mac and cheese... they were delicious! Well prepared chicken that made the burrito bowl divine! The mac and cheese was creamy, smoky and full of good BBQ flavour! Absolutely recommend these dishes! The cornbread was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Would recommend food from here in the future. The kitchen staff even left a cute note on our takeout bag... thanks for making it a great visit! : Parking: Good number of parking spots. Close to the building. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible. Leveled flooring and spacious walkways.
Pretty terrible experience tonight. Our kids food came out quick, but we didn't have everything we needed for them to eat presets, drink refills and our server was nowhere to be found. We were waiting for our food for close to 45 minutes without an explanation or apology. I finally went over to the bar to find our server and asked for the bill and food to be packed up. The manager eventually brings out our food with no apology and no acknowledgement that anything went wrong and nothing on our bill got comped. It was not busy at all FYI. We will not be coming back to this location.
Worst meal ever, waited 1 hr to be seated, waited 1/2 hr for server, but not his fault, was way too busy serving & bartender.waited another 1/2 hr for food. The steak was tough, and both meals were cold..not warm but COLD. Never going back and telling everyone I know about this terrible experience.Food: 1/5
This was our first visit to Montana's in Stratford. The wait to get in was a little long, but a busy restaurant means a good restaurant! Our meals came in good time, and the food was delicious! Great portion sizes too! Our server Olivia was an absolute sweetheart, and checked in on us just often enough! We will definitely be back. Kid-friendliness: Great for kids!
Worst Montana's we have been to. It's not a favorite spot of ours to eat. We go there once in a while for something different. Service was great, the staff is super lovely and friendly and prompt. Food was not the best, overcooked and no seasoning. Cramped and cluttered inside. Was recently clean though, so that's something. Very pricey for what you do get. I won't go back to this location, and will be hard-pressed to go back to Montana's in general.
