Money Saver Mini Storage

My one phone call with Tammy was very pleasant. I generally don't have any complaints with her. Wendy, however... blatantly lied to us. She isn't very professional and is very difficult to communicate with. When she gave us a tour a few weeks ago, she was a roller coaster of nice and then dismissive and annoyed. We decided not to rent at this location just from her lack of communication and confusion of what we were asking for and she often jumped to conclusions without hearing the rest of our sentence. We went to the Kirkland location, we found it to be just as nice and Trevor is very level headed and accommodating. So we went there. We scheduled our truck weeks ahead and when we arrived to pick it up, Wendy was there helping out that location and said that Trevor told her there were no reservations and there was nothing on the schedule and she let another customer rent out the truck. During the interaction she created a chaotic rambling of she's sorry ... and Trevor told her...the schedule was blank (she couldn't show us) and kept changing her story. We planned all of our help that day and needed to be moved out. She was not helpful and wrote our information down never called us back. When we called her with a few questions she quickly answered the first question and hung up on us. We had to call back saying we had a couple more questions. Anyway, next day Trevor said that he never said that and showed us the schedule where we were very clearly there. Trevor was very nice and accommodating that day and helped us out. As long as Wendy works there, I would be very careful. Her mistakes are not her own, and she'll be quick to blame others or you.

Tami, the manager is great to work with. She tries to offer you just the size storage unit you need and not upsell to a bigger one just because if the price. Wonderful personality.

Money Saver had everything we needed for temporary storage in-between houses. Their 10x15 storage unit on the ground floor was available right when we needed it; this was an ideal location, as the roll-up garage door was just down the hall from the unit. The free use of their truck for the move-in was also much appreciated, as was their retail selection of moving supplies in the front office. I'd give five stars if not for some occasional curtness from the branch manager, which was a bit off-putting and made us hope he wouldn't be around when we dropped by.

Already answered this category hower it the best secured entry bathroom price parking clean and they offer a free local enclosed truck to get you moved

Very clean, very competenton all billing matters and staff are always professional and curtious.
