I had an excellent experience here. The staff was very professional and accommodating! They were very flexible in finding me another unit when the original one turned out to be too small for my needs. Being able to use the move- truck was a lifesaver and having the free truck rental with move in only helped in keeping the move costs down. I can't think of anything more I could have needed from them, everything was provided and I felt well taken care of!

My experience with Everett Downtown Storage has been a lifesaver to say the least. The staff are very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to please. The spaces are good for just about ever need. Even if I did not need storage I would use them as a place to keep my hobby and artworks. Too bad they don't have a location in Redmond... or may be they do.
