**All the positive reviews are for anchor storage**  The new owners seem to either be way over their heads with upkeep on this place or just blatantly do not care about it. They've raised the prices +$100 a unit.  The bathroom used to be well kept, fully stocked and unlocked for customer use. Not anymore. The most recent unit had two dead rats in it and obviously wasn't cleaned out before leased to us  The owner also called my boss a "fat-a**" and a "hot head." And threatened him too, super unprofessional if you ask me

Have been a customer for a long time.  Prior owners were awesome and very friendly at the front desk. Did not get a notice they were acquired by another company but I discovered this when looking for info on their website.  now all the websites are broken. Was simply looking for the current hours but get nothing but website errors.  So far no good.

Very nice facility, friendly staff! Easy access to freeway, wide roads and turns to maneuver larger rig in and out. Like large amount of access time 6am to 10pm 365 days a year without needing notifying attendant, only need gate code. Premise seems secure, and well organized.

So far...great!   This is the first time we have ever used a storage facility. We came in over the weekend and found Stacy to be very patient and  helpful.  She provided a lot of great information right up front, showed us two units and answered our questions.  The units we looked at were clean and had no bad smells. The grounds looked great.  We told  her we wanted to look at one more place nearby and then went on our way.  We then visited another facility just north of this one.  There was nothing bad about it, except the units were not as readily accessible and the on-site manager did not offer to show us any.  The information about the property, its maintenance and security, were not as readily given as at Anchor.  Bottom line, Stacy put forth an effort to get our business at Anchor Storage.  I guess that says something when most facilities are at a very high occupancy level - even Anchor - and yet they worked for our business instead of just sitting back and being content.

Don’t let the tall metal fencing in the front fool you!  And “High-tech Security” is a matter of opinion. Our RV was broken into twice in one week. The thieves cut the chain link fence and the cameras detected nothing. The last straw was the 100% rate increase over 5 years.

Great price and easy access. Nice location around Marysville. Staff helpful and friendly. The unit was clean and tidy; the place is clean and tidy as well. All you can ask for your belongings.

I have used them on and off for over 20 years.  Will always use them for their cleanliness , staff, and security.   The best in our area!

Stacie at Anchor Storage is just awesome! I came in for furniture pads which they didn't have available. Instead of sending me away, Stacie immediately got on the phone to find me what I needed. We found a place just up the road. This is the true definition of great customer service! Thank you Stacie! If you need storage or moving supplies/trucks you should go here! I know that I will!

Very good place to store your RV, the is staff awesome!

I just went in to get a storage unit with them and the lady at the front desk Stacy was sooooooo helpful with getting us taken care of right away. We got into exactly what we needed and she was super knowledgeable about everything. Great staff!
