The two staff that work here are lovely, but the “manager” is such a piece of work. Rude, aggressive, horrible to deal with every single time. Goes instantly to condescending, won’t admit their own mistakes, insults you to your face, tells you openly that you’re stupid when asking questions. Should NOT be running a store, just the worst lack of judgement and empathy perhaps of all time. Horrible person to deal with.
This location has amazing customer service. I might have the name wrong but Dano was so extremely patient, polite and helpful with what I needed to get done. It was a very time consuming process, but he was a pleasure to talk to and didn’t make me feel rushed, best customer service I’ve had in a while!
