We provide loans to small business in the Cowichan Region for start up and expansion with a local community focus. We also provide small business leadership training to the Cowichan Valley.

Story
Community Futures is BC’s most important small business development organization. We have a wide variety of services and tools available to help entrepreneurs and small business owners achieve their goals, including business support services, business planning advice, and loans in the Cowichan Valley. Community Futures Cowichan also provides resources and support to community projects that benefit local and regional economic growth. We do not compete with or duplicate existing community efforts but can play a complimentary role, which may supplement and support other funding agencies.

Our mission is to provide leadership, resources and infrastructure to Cowichan Region businesses for the benefit of local and regional economic growth.

Products
Small business development: services for start-ups, expansions or retention, including small business loans, workshops, counselling.

Community development: we bring together partners throughout the Cowichan Region who want to work together on projects designed to strengthen our overall economy and quality of life.
