I'm so glad I found this studio. I purchased the 30 day trial which gives you access to as many classes as you want. After 3 weeks I already have better mobility, balance and strength. You feel the progress after each and every practice. Yoga has become a part of my life now and I can't wait until I can try more advanced classes as I continue to progress. The staff are friendly, courteous and professional. The studio itself is impeccably clean and inviting. I just love going there.
I've been going to Modo in vaudreuil on and off since they opened. I love the staff and environment, it's always a very welcoming place, safe and relaxing which is what you want in a yoga studio. I usually use their community classes as they are the most affordable for me and most recent signed up for the baby yoga and I've really been enjoying my time there with my first little one. Sarah is excellent... I was hesitant about Joining a baby class thinking -I hope it's not just us playing with the babies and some actual yoga is really part of the class- and Sarah didn't disappoint! She integrates real yoga flows while incorporating your little one so they don't get bored and restless. She focuses on areas new mom's will need like core and upper body strength for all those uncomfortable feeding and carrying position that our bodies are sore from. I have gone to other baby and mommy classes and this one has been my favorite because it includes all the needs....baby as a part of the practice.... Real yoga sequences....and mommy specific postures, everything I wanted.nnThanks for being the studio I need through all my stages in life xox
Such a great yoga studio! I take drop in classes every now and then, and make the trip to Vaudreuil from the island specifically because this Modo location has a genuinely serene atmosphere.nYou will get a proper workout in, you will get corrections that will make your practice and form better, and you will be encouraged to challenge yourself in an environment where everyone is at a different level, but practice with a humble and kind attitude. Major point: the studio and changing rooms are always very clean!nFor anyone who’s new to hot yoga like I was, and was concerned about getting too warm in the room—remember to hydrate before you go, bring a large water bottle with you, and leave your yoga mat and towel in your car in the winter for a few hours before your class. Having a cool mat and towel makes it a bit easier as you build your tolerance to the hot room! And don’t be afraid to pause and take child’s pose or any comfortable position at any point, it’s a very welcoming environment and you’re encouraged to move at your own pace, according to your specific needs.nHere you’ll meet the yogi pro, the beginner, the mums and dads of various ages getting back into shape, the friend groups dropping in for a fun class or two—everyone with the same goal of taking one hour for themselves in this busy life to move their bodies, unplug and unwind. I love the classes that Modo Vaudreuil offers! The teachers are always friendly and very helpful. Also, the studio is clean and has a welcoming atmosphere.
What a fabulous studio in the heart of Vaudreuil! Clean, modern facilities that add to the zen vibe one would want in a yoga studio. The instructors are wonderful - friendly, knowledgeable, polite and always smiling. Attending my classes is easily one of the best parts of the day. A big thanks to the staff for being so great :
