30 Minute Hit is a great high-intensity kickboxing workout which truly works. Much different than traditional gyms and you get trainers which work with you to keep you going and never give up! Highly recommend

What can I say about 30 Minute Hit Vaudreuil, well you girls ROCK!! Such a great place to exercise and work hard boxing/kick boxing. The trainers are awesome, super helpful and motivating. Never sweet so much working out, and feel so pumped to go back. 5 stars in my books!! Hilary Chesmer

You will find the best positive energy at 30 Minute Hit Vaudreuil! The trainers are amazing and I always feel welcoming ! :-) Looking forward to surpass myself every single time! Thank you again 30MHV for being such a cool team and encouraging all women to become the best of themselves!

Personally I never liked gyms but It was suggested to me by my Dr to help treat my burnout, so I chose 30 min hit. I have no regrets great staff SUPER FRIENDLY and they constantly set goals / challenges monthly to make it even more fun . There even is a little area I can put my little guys in to play or wait so I'm not stressed out on finding a babysitter it's pretty awesome . Furthermore I see them them constantly cleaning this is a plus , as I've seen some dirty gyms shopping around !!!!!

Love it! Best workout I've found that meets my needs! I hate gyms and I hate feeling like I don't know what I'm doing! At 30 minute hit there's always a trainer on the floor with you, correcting you if you're doing something wrong and motivating you to push yourself a little harder! Plus, I couldn't ask for a better team to help me meet my goals !!
