Vaudreuil Martial Arts Patenaude

After moving back to this area from Toronto I searched for several years for a new place for kickboxing. I finally found Martial Arts Patenaude in Vaudreuil and I love it! Sophie is a fantastic trainer and great with all levels. It's a fun yet challenging atmosphere for all ages. The bilingual class teaches a lot of skill and is great exercise. I finally feel myself getting back into shape and getting back to the level I once was in Toronto. Highly recommend Martial Arts Patenaude in Vaudreuil.

I really love the experiences we have in there. I learn many movements and techniques every time I go there and Sophie is a very good teacher. I really appreciate going there. Martial arts patenaude in Vaudreuil is an amazing place to learn Kung Fu

This school is absolutely amazing! I love the classes, the instructor is very friendly and helpful and the rest of the students are all easy-going and welcoming. It feels like I'm part of a family now! There's classes for adults/teens and classes for children. I recommend it very strongly. If you love trying something new, try this amazing kung fu course. It's sure to be rewarding!! :)
