Mohnen's Family Restaurant

Decided to stop at this place in the morning for breakfast. Definitely came during prime time, but was able to get a seat right away. Food was very good, and the server we had was welcoming and very efficient. They had a variety of different options for breakfast, from omelettes, pancakes, breakfast specials, and healthy options like oatmeal. Food portion sizes were great, and even though it was really busy, we did get our food pretty quickly. When we left, there was a bit of a wait, but people were willing to wait to get their meals. Prices were good. Kid-friendliness: Many families with kids, and they had a variety of different options that were kid friendly such as pancakes. Parking: Location is in a strip mall, and there's ample parking outside.

Food was amazing. Service was even better. We drove well out of our way to get breakfast here and it did not disappoint. Would definitely go back and would highly recommend.

Amazing portions; drinks stayed full; huge line at the door with about a 30 minute wait or so. We ordered the Mexican Omelette and the Sausage Biscuits and Gravy. Took home leftovers and only spent $27 with food and drink. Will return! Great breakfast casserole. Service was a little slow on the front side of the house mainly because of staff being overly chatty with customers. Back of the house aka kitchen was fast and the food was great

My Favorite breakfast place in the area - busy and long waits but it is wort it. Veggie skillet is my favorite - only thing i wish the put real cheese on it and not 'American cheese' singles, but I will definitely be asking for it next time. I'm sure they will accommodate service is no nice and attentive to their customers. Place is pretty clean. Only thing also I wish their coffee was a bit stronger... it's pretty weak for my taste... but again its just my preference. please order their pancakes they are to die for... Little wait for a table not bad given it's popularity. Breakfast choices and soups are wonderful. Fried perch was a little lack luster needs to be seasoned and the coleslaw had no dressing it was more like a cabbage salad. Overall though the place is a good choice.Food: 3/5
