Candace is the piping guru! I purposely drive 25 minutes OUT of my way to pick up one of her beautiful, custom made cakes for me! Staff are always friendly and personable whenever you walk through the doors. Will always be a returning customer!
Stopped for a little treat with hubby. He got the double fudge brownie blizzard and I got the banana cream pie one. It was pretty good! There are small cookie pieces and little chunks of banana. The service was excellent. We were even told about a charity promotion for next week. Will be back. Yum!
Ordered a birthday cake online and it was absolutely perfect. Really gorgeous and truly above and beyond. The decorator wrote a nice little note on the package I thought was really sweet and most importantly the birthday child was absolutely thrilled with it. Would definitely recommend and look forward to ordering again. Thank you!
First DQ I'm the state of Wisconsin. Best in the nation. They have the only decent selection of deli bars. When visiting Appleton, we came back to this location three or four times in order to enjoy the wide array of flavors.
Do not buy an ice cream cake here! I paid 28 dollars and I was so upset and embarrassed by it that I couldn't even gift it, I had to go buy another cake elsewhere. Not only did they not write what I had asked for, but I could have written it so so much better, it was barely legible it was that bad. So disappointing because they taste so good, but couldn't give something that looked so unprofessional.
Great service again and again. They got your cool treats covered and all the cakes too!
Great had a hot fudge with carmel sundae
I'm more of a 3.5 stars on this one but I can't do that haha. They're pretty good with their speed and providing delicious ice cream for the customer, but there was a time that they got my order wrong, and a family member picked up my refunded and correct Blizzard, and they had gotten it wrong again. Then again, this was only one bad experience. Like I said, they do fairly well. One other small critique is that they sometimes give you your Blizzard a little melty and the container is a bit dirty on the outside. Despite these things, my family and I eat here and enjoy it.
I gave it 2 because the last month or so I've been going there and it looks like they're closed because the drive-thru light dont work on the menu board so you can't even see what you're ordering, unless you bring a flashlight. I finally made a comment on my third visit the young ladies that they hire act like they don't even care about what you're saying about the lights not working. I didn't know it was a drive-through haunted house and get an ice cream overall the ice cream is good
It seems their ice cream machine can't keep ice cream cold enough. I have taken my children here multiple times. I am just not satisfied with melted ice cream. Employees are good though. Its the only reason I gave two stars.
