Chipotle Mexican Grill

Just picked up my to go order. For real, Chipotle? This location keeps getting worse and worse in terms of consistency and quality. Even if I ignore the fact that the bowl is half empty, it’s missing hot sauce. It barely has any lettuce and certainly doesn’t have the extra veggies I asked for.

Stopped in for lunch today, the girl behind the counter threw the pans in her hand on the counter and said...ARE YOU ORDERING? I told her she could finish what she was doing and I got...NO WHAT DO YOU WANT! I simply said I'm good And left. Probably won't be stopping here anymore.

Omg didn’t even eat because I need to go to the bathroom and it smelled like a dirty armpit like no one has cleaned the floor ever with bleach. They say look at the bathrooms for the cleanliness of the kitchen. Yep couldn’t do it. The floors in restaurant were bad. This is twice I left before ordering because the cleanliness. Both here and Green Bay location.

This is hands down the most filthy Chipotle I've ever been in. Floors were disgusting, tables looked like they hadn't been wiped down all day, trash outside was overflowing. I love Chipotle, but this location needs to step up their game in the cleanliness department.

We ended up having to get chipotle after realizing Qdoba was temporarily closed. Such a downgrade in comparison

We ordered off Uber eats and they added spicy tomato stuff we did not ask for all over my burrito bowl it was a waste of a whole meal. We also didn't get any utensils.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. The food was ok. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl and there was more than enough food it just wasn't as flavorful as I was hoping for. Also the rice was undercooked and hard in quite a few bites. Overall, it was ok.

Love going here for a quick dinner. Very filling and always have leftovers!Food: 5/5

This is the first time we had went here. It was an absolutely terrible experience! The food was cold, we had to go home to heat it up. All we got was 2 burrito bowls and the price came to $27.43. We could have went to a nice sit down restaurant for about the same price. The waitstaff was very rude as well. Didn’t show any patience with us even though we had told them it was our first time there.

No way to get a hold of anyone, the phone number is just a robot. They also are apparently broke or lazy, that they can't put utensils in delivery orders. WHY DO YOU GUYS NEVER PUT UTENSILS IN DELIVERY ORDERS WHEN I SPECIFICALLY CHECK THE BOX ON UBER EATS WEBSITE, TO INCLUDE UTENSILS!!!!!!!! I'm at work most of the time I order and do not have access to utensils. I'm not sure what's so hard about this. I can't eat my burrito bowl with my hands, I'm not a caveman. I just ordered from you guys again tonight, and thought I would call beforehand, to ensure they put a fork in my order. Well guess what, their phone number is not to the actual store. It is an automated system that never directs you to an actual person no matter what you say or what button you press. Some of the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with...
