Ordered takeout from them a couple times and everything was excellent every time. The Mogu fried chicken was crispy with juicy tender meat. Perfect to go with a salad to balance things out. The rice bowls were also very good. All packed with nice flavours. Highly recommend!
If you like fried chicken, you’ll love this place. The decor is Japanese and friendly staff. The food is really really great. It’s in my top two chicken places on the drive. Chicken is boneless, salad was very fresh.
Oh, wow! I don't even know how to begin explaining how a piece of chicken so delicately fried can have such an explosion of flavor when you bite into it...and the fries were done to perfection. Great ambience the jazz tunes were a good choice, awesome service. I will definitely return.
Mogu Fried Chicken is a delightful little spot! I came here with a couple of friends on a Sunday night for a snack and we did not have to wait for a table. The fried chicken was delicious, not too greasy, with options for sauce. But what surprised me was the fries! So thin, crispy, and flavourful. I ordered the sea salt and aonori fries along with the spicy garlic fries. Both were addictive. Definitely order it as a side with your chicken! Service was quick and kind. I would come back again and try some other menu items.
Food taste good but portion was very less and not worth the money… chicken taste good but cold… rice was cold… spoon served without spoon, we asked for spoon…most funny part of our dish was the side dish which was a half shrimp placed beside couple of strips of cucumber with no taste and no flavor…
They serve super authentic Japanese tonkatsu here. The fried chicken, which is their specialty is also so delicious. Came here twice and both times we left happy and with a full tummy
Food was wonderful, especially the fried chicken and French fries. Loved the decor and design of the space and serving platters. Service with reservation was a little shoddy but it was a busy day. Table service was also a little slower than I would expect.
We stayed for almost 3 hours and they didn't even complain a single word. Very patient and helped us with birthday cake too - no extra charge like other restaurants. oh the food - moist fried chicken pieces even after 20 minutes of being served.
Excellent fried chicken. We all had the fried chicken and fries. I also got the miso soup with onsen egg. This was also very good, but would have preferred a little more miso flavor. The ambience was also good and service was pleasant and attentive. They used all dark meat in their fried chicken. I liked that they had plastic dividers between tables.
Wonderful fried chicken. Super juicy and tasty and the crust is just spot on. I had the three piece fried chicken with rice and it was just phenomenal. Cannot wait to go there again and try more things from their menuFood: 5/5
