I ordered polos through the website in august. They took full payment for my order, and when I went to pick it up they told me they didn’t have them in stock!!! They gave me a credit note… I had to follow up 2 months later only to find out they were still not in stock!!

I am so disappointed that my son's school changed to Modecole. The service is the worst. We were far better off with Sauvé. That company knew how to treat their customers. You could walk in anytime to make purchases, but not with Modecole. I've never seen clerks complain more about having customers in the store. They were making such a fuss over two ladies coming in for socks. If she hadn't made such a scene the customers would have left within 10 minutes. Isn't that customer service? You have to serve customers. Really loathe their way of interacting with customers.

Company with 2 branches 30 kms away from each other and clients must go from one to another because they keep separated the inventory for different schools. That is convenient for them but not for clients.

Sizes are inconsistent with the same cuts of clothes..bought 2 bermuda shorts 7/8, and one is labeled 7/8 but is clearly a 5/6. Mediocre and confused service.
