Lot's of choices for balloons and for parties stuff. You just want to know the store policies when you buy an expensive balloon and it breaks in the store when filled up first purchasing it.

Prepaid helium inflated balloons, came back to pick up the order, staff gave them to another customer. Then had to pay a second time for a new order.
