I have been going to Moca for my lashes for almost 9 months. The experience is pretty good until recent visit with one of the new technician. 90% of lashes fell out after one week. My previous lash extensions done by other technicians were long lasting for at least 3 weeks and that is the main reason I keep going back to Moca. You are paying the same price with very different quality of service. The technician skills really matters.

Easily the best place to get your lashes done in Vancouver. Besides having fabulous full lashes, they are super quick, no glue has ever gone in my eyes, and friendly. Comfy chairs and pretty decent pricing as well. They all are great but Misato is my favourite beauty technician.

I've been there since they opened, they always give me very natural eyelash extension with reasonable price. As far as I know, all technicians are very friendly and can be focus on details. Highly recommend!Services: Eyelash extensions

Wonderful Japanese hidden gem of a salon, the girls were incredibly lovely and talented at their craft. Moca salon’s overall aesthetic specializes toward the Japanese style falling towards the more natural end- however they have a wide selection of extension lengths and curls. Would highly recommend for those interested in Japanese style beauty services or seamless natural looks, as their service is also amazing.

Update on this: Horrible customer service. Avoid at all cost!!! 4 months after the 1 star review, the manager finally contacted me. I was expecting an apology for the miscommunication that happened 4 months ago. Of course that didn't happen. End up the manager was trying to find numerous excuses for the miscommunication and force me to delete the review. I have been a long term customer at this location for more than 7 years. This makes me concern as I recommended many friends to get their lashes done at Moca. I don't feel value as a long term customer due to they contact me 4 months after to just force me to delete the review. If they truly care about customer service, they wouldn't wait for so long to respond to their clients. All of a sudden, try to make up what had happened four months ago? They are suppose to call me back regarding to an appointment but never hear from them after the call. At this time, not just frustration but more disappointment.Service: Eyelash extensions

My wife went yesterday just to remove her past gel polish and they OVERCHARGED her $63 + TIP for an absolutely TERRIBLE TREATMENT by the cashier! Their website mentions the following price: Pedicure - Regular - water care, 1 color gel polish, cuticle oil - $50 They didn't apply her the gel and the cuticle oil. She even called in advance to let them know about the simple thing she wanted to do, and the pricing. Still, they pretended as if they didn't get it. And to top it off, the cashier locked the door without asking my wife if that's okay with her - she's claustrophobic - at the end and she went out as if my wife was going to leave without paying. If you want to spend that much money, at least save if for somewhere where you are treated with DIGNITY.

I got my nail done here. I normally don't do nail so I can't compare to other places. The staffs are so friendly and service was great!! My gel nails last very long. It's been 3 week but haven't peeled any little yet. I definitely gonna go back there again next time

They always discuss the lash style you want prior to starting…always check to make sure you’re happy with the result before leaving…really quick and efficient but the lashes still stay on well I get fidgety after lying down for too long
