I had a great experience with Charles with my purchases. I got a dinning room as well as a sectional sofa table and console. My experience was amazing. Though we had some issues they were solved promptly.. Charles, thank you for making my process easy and thank you for your help and quick response anytime I needed a clear understanding. The whole team is amazing and great customer service. Very please with the delivery the ladies scheduled my delivery to accommodate my schedule. Thank you all for the great service Margo
i'v been Mobilia's costumer for years and I love their furniture and their customers service, but I don't recommend to visit Burlington location. After waiting for about 2 months to get my side table I got it with some scratches. i contacted the Manger Assistant she said that she is gonna call me back. Unfortunately, she ignored me. I tried to call the store for many times to talk to the Manger Assistant but their answer was "She is not in the office she will call you tomorrow". I had to call the costumer service to complain about it and they got me a new table immediately.
Found a fabulous dining table, living room chair and art at this store. Atie was extremely helpful in providing me with options when I was considering what to buy. There was a slight imperfection when the table was delivered and they addressed it immediately. Excellent customer service. I would definitely shop here again.
Should be 5 stars because the furnitures are nice with correct price. Employees have good advice. Delivery less than 1 week. BUT, the dimensions written are not correct. Bigger than the real size, in our case for 1 table and a desk
I purchased a couch for my den in February of this year and it was supposed to be delivered in May. Unfortunately the date was pushed back to July, which I understood. Then it got changed to September, which started to really thin my patience. And now I’ve just received an email that their system is saying November but that’s still not even guaranteed?! No one has any idea what’s going on. If you’re thinking of purchasing something from this company that isn’t already in stock, please beware! Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. Mobilia’s customer service is absolutely brutal. They’ll just offer you 5% off or whatever discount is already happening on their website as though they’re doing you some kind of favour lol. Or if you’re really lucky, they’ll say “we could cancel if you don’t want to wait any longer” after you’ve already been waiting for 7 months!
Bought a house and didn't own a dining table, went to mobilia found one we loved, placed order on Aug 6th. When we were in the store we were told they had one in the warehouse and the estimated delivery would be end of August... a little later than we wanted, but ok we can wait a couple weeks. We go home, think about it for a few hours and then call to place the order over the phone we are told delivery is actually first week of September, again... not ideal but ok, fine. The table is meant to be delivered next week as per the above but I haven't heard anything from mobilia so I call in only to find out the estimated delivery is now the last week of September and that's not a guarantee. We have now been a month without a dining table and have to wait another month, which again... isnt a guarantee. If the date isn't moved up I will be very disappointed, if the date is pushed again beyond September I will be cancelling the order. Mobilia shouldn't be taking full payment at the time of sale if they can't guarantee a delivery date. They should a deposit and charge cash on delivery. I wanted to love Mobilia, I wanted to be a repeat customer - but this just isn't it.
This store is exceptional. The layout is gorgeous, there was a ton of selection, and we finally found the piece we were looking for. Brent was super helpful in assisting us the entire time! We will definitely be back
I am having the worst experience so far. I booked a king sized bed with two night stand in the month of September 2022, they scheduled the delivery on Nov 7th 2022. And the person who came for delivery said , he cannot deliver as for him it looks like the bed’s headboard will not get in as my way towards the bedroom is narrow, but I did explained to him that I already have a king sized mattress and adjustable king sized frame already there. I went to the Burlington store again and selected a new piece and they promised me to deliver that by mid of December and some one from scheduling called me and said that the piece is broken and they cannot deliver any new pieces. After that they promised to deliver this by mid of Jan 2023 and it’s been end of Jan , no one has contacted me till now. #mobilia
We recently bought a bed with help from Atie at this location. The bed is great and was delivered quickly. Atie also helped us out by letting us take advantage of a Black Friday sale even though we'd purchased a couple weeks earlier.
Ordered in June 2022, item was supposed to be ready for November. We phoned mid November for an update they did not phone us to learn that the item is delayed. The sales rep was in contact with me via email and stopped responding to me since my email on January 10th. I left couple voice messages on their answering machine and still have not heard back. The item is over two months delayed and they continue to fail to provide updates and meet the delivery dates they set. I still don't have my dining table...
