So comfy!  Sales associate was great!  Nirmali, I believe.  She showed all the features and walked us through different styles of recliners.  Store is pretty big, with a ton of furniture to see in the showroom.  Pricing is fair, with a number of items on sale, it took the sting out of buying quality furniture.  I looked at a number of chairs on-line, but with something like furniture, you really need to try it out.  Hard part was actually selecting only one!  So many to choose from.  And the options, from powered to rocking, to leather and fabric!  A great deal to consider.  Easy to get to, lot of parking out front and along the side of the building.  We are currently waiting to have our chairs delivered!  Very exciting!

Great quality products. We have two couches..then went back and got a love seat and just recently purchased a recliner. My dad years and years ago was a La-Z-Boy man and we have continued in the tradition. Arlene was a great sales person and made wonderful suggestions as to which recliner would suit my husband best. The service there is wonderful and delivery people are efficient and quick.  No complaints whatsoever.

I had a very positive experience with La-Z-Boy Home Furnishings, in Burlington, Ontario. The customer representative, Arlene, was extremely helpful without being overbearing. At no time did I feel pressured, as I had at another furniture store, but rather she gave me many choices  within the parameters that I wanted and the time and space to make a decision. We are extremely happy with the chairs that we purchased and would definitely recommend this store to others.

We were greeted almost immediately upon entering the very large store by a smiling and friendly Beth Hudson. We told her what we were looking for and then she took us to the area with the love seats and sofas. Beth told us to browse around for awhile and she would be back to help to answer any questions we had regarding what we may want to purchase. Beth was very knowledgeable about the various things we liked and answered all our questions as well as asking us things we had not thought to ask. Beth has a very good eye for design and colour and made it easy for us to chose the fabric for the love seat. It was one of the best experiences in making an important home purchase and we thank her for that! Not all go so well, so thank you so much Beth.

The sales experience at La-Z-Boy was excellent. Nirmali was very helpful, transparent about the timeline that might occur with custom furniture and communicative about the delivery dates. It would have been helpful to know that fabric samples could be ordered through the website I only found this out after the third time I paid a deposit to borrow them to check paint colours in the space. Although I am very happy with the furniture, walls were damaged by the delivery personnel the customer has to sign off that they are aware that this might occur and although the delivery lead signed off that everything was in good condition upon arrival, one of the legs on our couch has some damage, it was pointed out, and we were told to simply remove the leg ourselves and bring it in to the store for replacement. This is not the resolution I would have expected.

Bought one recliner and one rocker recliner that took 7 months to receive. Sales person was pleasant but not very thorough. They both arrived with marks in the fabric, the rocker recliner had damage on the pedestal. This is after their so called pre delivery inspection. Quality is terrible compared to another recliner that I bought elsewhere at a much better price. I have had lazy boy in the past, but now would never buy there again. The mechanics of the chairs are noisy, clunky and not sturdy. They feel as if they will collapse. I suggest you look underneath the chairs at the mechanics and compare with others before purchasing from lazy boy. They charge premium prices for junk you can find in lower end stores.

The staff was so kind and friendly! Beth explained everything to us when we walked in for a nursing chair, and then let us go off on our own to browse, with no pressure at all. We actually ended up getting a coffee table AS WELL! Again, everyone was kind, and didn't hover or pressure into anything. They gave us a great deal, and we will 100% be back to probably purchase a couch in the near future.

We choose La-Z Boy for most of our furniture. We went looking for a side table this past weekend and brought our young girls and the staff were simply amazing with them and us. Shout out to Gina who took our oldest under her wing and offered her colouring so we could shop. We highly recommend this location for fantastic service and great quality furniture.

Beth Hudson helped my partner and me buy a LazyBoy recliner. She was very helpful in responding to our questions about our needs as older folks and making valuable suggestions. Beth was highly knowledgeable about the recliners and clearly explained various options and their advantages etc.  Beth was also very friendly. What a wonderful salesperson! Don Wells

We bought a couch and a love seat in October last year and are still waiting for it’s delivery. We keep getting notified that it’s been delayed and have been informed it should arrive in October. This kind of delay is unacceptable and speaks volumes to the lack of care for the customer. Avoid this store if you can help it.  Update September 2022 - we’ve been informed of yet another delay which puts us at 13 months waiting for the furniture we ordered with 7 month delay outside of the purchase agreement. I have spoken with the store manager, Brenda Tompkins, to express my concern. Zero compensation has been offered to us and she’s been quite dismissive of my feedback and has take no ownership for the breach of agreement in Lazy Boys end.
