EQ3 Burlington

Bought an ARIE chair a year and half ago, the swivel base has broken. I weigh 130 lbs and it couldn't handle that. Didn't expect the product made in Canada is such bad quality. Likely it was under warranty and we received the new base quickly

He went out of his way to help me make good decisions on furniture including sending me to his competitor store with swatches of fabric to make sure two pieces would work together. Evan made some great suggestions. He knows his stuff, is eager to help and fun to work with.
