We purchased the Waller sectional which was promptly delivered. When it arrived the corner piece looked defective, the leather was loose and bunching up and the cushion not stuffed all the way. We contacted Aaliyah and she wasn't very responsive. Once a sale is made the sales reps refer you to their Customer Service and the lady working there promised to send a technician to try and heat up the leather in hopes of shrinking it. 3 weeks later no technician and no callback, and no response from Aaliyah. Having paid almost $6K we were disappointed. We visited the store and Tyler helped us order a replacement corner piece. It arrived yesterday and its a quality piece which looks exactly as it should see pics. Weird thing is it had a lot of debris like crumbs and antlers from a toy ? in the nooks and creases but does not appear to be used. We are very happy with our sectional. Tyler I called today to thank you but looks like you work somewhere else now. Thanks so much for your help.

I recently had a great experience at Mobilia. Charles was incredibly helpful in finding the perfect kitchen table and accent chair for my home. He was knowledgeable about the products and took the time to understand my needs and preferences. The furniture is high-quality and the prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend Mobilia and Charles to anyone looking for beautiful and functional furniture. In addition to the great experience I had on my most recent visit, I have also shopped at Mobilia in the past and have always been impressed with the quality of their products and their customer service. I am a repeat customer and will continue to shop at Mobilia for my furniture needs because they consistently deliver high-quality products and excellent customer service. Charles and the rest of the team at Mobilia truly go above and beyond to ensure that their customers are happy and satisfied. I highly recommend them.

This place has a pretty good selection of furniture for every room of your home. I like the fact they are a Canadian business and that a lot of the furniture pieces I saw we're made from real wood. I would say their overall aesthetic is modern and contemporary and the prices were higher than say The Brick but comparable to other smaller retailers. The sales staff were not pushy and were very friendly...we definitely didn't feel like we had to buy something.

Anyone shopping for furniture should go to Mobilia's Caledonia location, in my opinion. They offer some of the most exquisite furniture and interior design but they also have one of the most kind, professional and knowledgeable Sales and Design Consultants my husband and I have ever worked with. Charles, I appreciate all you did for Jaime and me. Your assistance and guidance were exceptional.

I was responsible for a staging project with a very rigorous schedule. I had a fantastic experience shopping with Kevin! Not only did he help me finalize a crazy amount of furniture in a short period, he understood the sensitivity of timing and a customer’s needs. He knew his product very well and suggested items that worked in our space. As well, he was quick to reply my late night text in regards to product availability as well as arrange delivery for us on his personal time. Thank you so much, Kevin! The result of our hard work come out great. I will 100% collaborate with him again very soon.

In the last 6 years, I have bought 2 sets of furniture from Mobilia. I like them very much. However, I wish they never changed their financing company from Des Jardin to Flexiti. Flexiti's customer service is terrible and they have the worst financing plans. They cancelled my 2-year plan without notice and no one was willing to offer any help. I hope Mobilia reconsiders who they are working with!

Absolutely trash experience, we ordered the sofa one and half month ago. At that time, Cassie the sales told us the sofa is in stock and would be delivered in 2 weeks. Now it has been 6 weeks and today they told me there will be another 2 weeks. Every time we ask Cassie, she told us 2 more weeks. It's ridiculous. Don't buy anything here please.

Just literal garbage. I order a table in July, they confirmed that they will delivered it to me in dec 15, but I’ve been waiting for it for 7 days more than I should be. They use different bs reasons to explain why they can’t deliver the table to me, sometimes even don’t explain and tell me to reschedule. There’s no reason for us to buy anything here, the products are not even cheap and customer services are really poor.

Bought a Norway sofa which arrived yesterday. Popped in to the store a few weeks ago just to look at accent chairs and ended up buying this beautiful reclining sofa. Kevin was great and very helpful in processing my purchase. Item arrived EXACTLY when they told me...item said in stock online September 16th and got the call to schedule my delivery that that very day. Delivery guys arrived within the time window and were very pleasant. Sofa received arrived in perfect condition. My friends love it, and I’ve actually referred one of them to Kevin to talk about buying one as well. Couldn’t be happier as everything met my expectations...which these days usually means exceeding my expectations.

I had a very good experience with Mobilia Caledonia location. I purchased a desk chair and sideboard. Our sales associate Kevin was wonderful. Professional, helpful, and was available to us to answer any questions. The Mobilia team was great, holding our purchase until we returned from vacation and although we did have a problem with one of our items, Kevin immediately recognized the issue and had a replacement ready within a few days. Super happy with our purchases!
