David at UpCountry moved heaven and earth to replace a damaged glass tabletop. During the pandemic no less, he persisted with his suppliers and made sure we were taken care of. While I was always a fan of the excellent selection of furniture at the store, I now also appreciate the great customer service.

Fantastic result for my client. David Craig was absolutely super to deal with when purchasing the double gyro chandelier by Timothy Oulton. Although photo is a work in progress: chandelier has been transformative to the space. Up Country is a much favoured destination for great furniture and helpful advise!
