Well on my original review i gave them 5 stars. I had my transmission serviced here. The guy who originally did it was very good and advised me to come back in the morning to re check the level. I had another guy check the level and have me bring it in to be filled up......... Worst mistake ever. He did exactly that!!!!!!!! He filled the entire transmission to the point where it was severely overfilled I was in there for 30 minutes while he wad my car in, asking me to keep going up and down the gears in a hope to bring the level down He never showed me the level on leaving and said it should be ok now. My transmission is now leaking everywhere and had to take to to a mobil lube in Abbotsford to correct their huge Fu@k up!!!! enclosed pics to show how much they had to take out of my transmission. this is a HUGE AMOUT!!!! In case is cant see where the level is on the dipstick- its right up where his finger is!!!

Great staff! Excellent service! Miles better than other places I've been in nanaimo....the difference is night and day. They were very patient with me pulling in and being too far to the right, they offered a free car wash on that particular day, and they informed me of a few minor leaks, showed me my air filter to replace it myself and topped up my coolant after I'd paid.

Friendly guys. One fellow have our dog a treat. Fast. Free car wash! What's not to like? It cost $85 bucks for the high mileage package but...with the car wash...it's all good. In and out in less than 10 minutes. 😎🖒
