Always efficient and honest service. No pressure or hard sell tactics to bully you into buying something you don't need. Fast and efficient oil changes. Today I visited because according to my dealership sticker on my windscreen I was due an oil change - the guy I spoke to advised me that the oil was clean and according to the manufacturers recommendation I didn't need to change my oil yet. His honesty saved me money and has ensured I will be using them in future instead of the dealership. Thank you.

Couldn't get any better unless it was free. No line up. Excellent service. And what a great service tracking system! The people that work there are super friendly, Adam my technician was very informative and the owner even offered us all cookies while we waited! I'll be back to this location again and again.

Huge thank you to the oil change attendant who served me this afternoon at the Metal Drive location in Nanaimo, BC! I forgot to ask your name, but your friendly and enthusiastic, complimentary service was very much appreciated and I will definitely be coming back with my vehicle. It was such a pleasant experience, I thought others should know about it. Next time it’s a car wash too!

Very impressed. Brought my daughters car in for an oil change. I knew it had started to leak, but, Adam, the service tech very quickly showed me how bad the leak was starting to get. In fact he told me there was no point in getting the change until the leak was fixed, it was that serious. He showed me where it was and how to fix it. In fact he even offered to help me himself after he got off work. I didn't take advantage of that, but it was nice for him to offer. So he topped me up at no charge and off I went. Now that's service! I will definitely be bringing my other cars here. Way to go Adam!

Wow! Great attention to detail and very friendly staff. They fixed us right up. Love how they explain everything that they're doing. Great job! Will recommend 100%, and definitely going again. Thanks guys!
