This nightclub has potential. The music is good but the employees are a little crappy. Bouncers are violent with customers. No sense of understanding and professionalism. ATM is hidden and customer service is poor. Really had a bad experience when I was able to join the club but my friends stayed out and others were rejected when we tried to understand the situation.

Mean-spirited staff, high prices. Very tight (the entrance+exit area is a long but tiny corridor 3 feet across) and uncomfortable. This is the kind of place you'd describe as "cozy" or "intimate" if you were a used car salesman. The only redeeming factor is the ambience, but there are a ton of similar places in Montreal (Kampai, Mayfair, Flyjin, Fitzroy).

It was a trainwreck. The place itself had potential, but the staff was the worst I've ever seen. The bouncer punched people who were not rowdy (mostly people who were just begging to get their coats-- it was raining out) and the coat check girls were drunk! The drinks were expensive and the line was long (this isn't surprising for a downtown club).We should have listened to the people who were leaving that kept saying "it's not worth it." Do yourself a favor and go to an actual club

I went to Mme Lee a couple of weeks ago for the first time. I didn't actually make it into the bar because of the woman working coat check. That night cover was $5--I paid the money, was stamped and handed the woman my coat. I realized I hadn't paid the $3 coat check fee, so I handed her the additional $3. She subsequently asked me for the $5 for cover. I tried to explain to her that I had already paid and showed her that she had stamped my arm. She refused to listen and repeatedly told me I had to pay $5 to go inside. (I feel like I should also mention the place was empty when I got there, with no line behind me). By the end of the encounter she had pushed my friend who was with me and I lost $8. We left and I won't be returning.

I read some reviews before going and some pointed out bad customer service. If we set aside the fact that the drinks are very unnecessarily expensive and that they randomly move people out of tables, The bartenders keep milking your wallet by saying things like : "tip isn't included by the way" even though I'm about to give him a tip. I paid one of the guys a 5$ tip after a 5$ shot once and the next time I got a shot and didn't tip the guy said :"it doesn't work like that here". I'm not going back.
