The owner of the place is a really nice lady who welcomes everyone with a great heart. The food is delicious and all of their Pho are yummy. Also the egg roles were crispy and hot. This place is legit. The Crab Rangoon is better than any other place I’ve had in the city. Everything is so fresh. Vegetables are crunchy but tender, heat is just right. They don’t skimp on the chicken, pork, and prawns in the Singapore Noodles and the curry is delicious. Spices on point. Vibe is a little off - could use different music or quieter music, and decor is a little sparse, but the food is top notch.
This is a beautiful restaurant with DELICIOUS food! I love how they have a kiosk for customers to order food from. The Pho Broth is on point! The owner and employees are great and have a good sense of humor. Will definitely come back!
This is a super chill spot for delicious Vietnamese food in the Lakeview / Roscoe Village area. The interior is pretty spacious and has a good mix of people doing dine-in vs. take-out. For dine-in, you order at one of two kiosks, and they call your name once your order is ready. There is no table service, but the staff are super sweet and friendly. They were playing some great bops too— lots of SZA! I ordered the Bun Shrimp & Chicken Stir-fried Noodle Bowl, which was super tasty, especially after adding the provided sauce and some chili oil and hoisin sauce on the table. There were only a couple shrimps, but they were extremely flavorful and well-sauteed. The chicken was similarly flavorful and juicy. The noodles were perfectly cooked and slurp-able, the veggies were fresh, the peanuts added for a nice crunch, and the mint pieces were refreshing. My other friends similarly enjoyed their meals some are pictured. One of my friends got the Bun Tofu Soy Chicken Stir-fried Noodle Bowl, and I tried one of the soy chicken pieces and it was amazing— I’ll definitely be getting that bowl the next time I come here. Edit update to hair on my porkbelly: They refunded my money $20 then proceeded to chastise me for posting a photo that I threw it in the garbage. I asked her "what did she expect me to do with it? I was not going to eat it?" My photo of it being in the garage was posted as proof I didn't eat it. She stated she felt I was unprofessional and trying to ruin them. I told her I wasn't trying to do that but that my reviews are TRUTHFUL and I can't be bought. Her sandwich was flavorless and it had hair growing out of the meat. They are suppose to sear the skin which burns all the hair off. Proper food handling is something we entrust in restaurants. I personally will never eat there again. However, everyone AFTER me can rest assure they will be preparing pork the right way from here out. Pork is one food you really need to be sure the temperature and handing of it is handled correctly! As a side note this place is very busy and this may have been a one time oversight. The portions are very large and generous so give it a try but check your porkbelly! Also, its very unprofessional to chastise your clients for complaining when food isn't prepared properly! Hopefully you have a better experience than I did. __________ Original Review: My food has hair! It literally has skin and hair. I bought this sandwich and took a few bites thinking it tasted off. It was super bland and it was cold. I went to looked at what was in my sandwich because it tastes off and saw HAIR that is obvious pig skin and hair. I threw the food away. It was totally disappointing. The sandwich was cold and now I feel sick, my drink didn't have enough ice so it was warm and the fries were cold. I ordered in the store and waited 15 minutes for my food! It shouldn't be cold and it shouldn't have hair!
We got their tofu spring rolls and vegan pho. The spring rolls were so fresh and the peanut sauce was delectable. I was blown away by how flavorful the broth in the vegan pho was that’s hard to find!. I loved the idea of self service ordering upon walking in the door, it made for such a quick and efficient dining experience. I can’t wait to come back!

Working in the Bucktown/Wicker Park area, it’s really hard to find authentic Vietnamese food nearby. So finding this place that’s less than 10 minutes away was such a treat! Service was great and I think having the kiosks made it easy and efficient to order what you wanted. The portions were huge for the price we paid and everything was fresh. Will definitely be back for the Pho and especially the apps!
Good neighborhood spot ! Called ahead to order pick up and they said 2 phos on Friday night would be 20-25 mins. It was ready right at the 20min mark which is great! Gave them cash which is around 10% off , fantastic! The steak came in little baggies and they gave instructions to reheat the soup and pour it over the noodles Not the best pho of my life i.e. soup is not super rich nor noodles not chewy enough. but satisfies my cravings especially being around the neighborhood+walking distance Lots of beef and the tripe was thinly cut. and they gave me the extra bean sprout and basil leaves that I love!
It was cool they have a Kiosk where you order your food and you pay at the kiosk too. Then once your food is ready your name is called. I was craving some pho and they definitely did not disappoint : Edit Came back annnnddd I’m still not disappointed by this place! It’s a new fave
