Pretty good ice cream! I was definitely expecting something amazing considering the line up I see everyday but it wasn't terrible either. The rich flavor in the nuts and fruits were intertwined together with a rich taste of milk.nnCould it be better? Yes, but definitely worth $6 for a small cup.nnGive it a try if you can get in when there's no line!
Walked by many times to see a long lineup. Decided to try it out. It did not disappoint. I had a scoop of Dulce De Leche from Argentina. I didn’t think anything could beat Lindt ice cream, then I had Scooped at Waterworks which was even better, but this place was next level. Delicious, creamy, very high quality, and the wafer was a very nice touch, too. It’s very cozy and homey inside. The staff were super cool and they let you try pretty big samples before you decide. Their carrot cake and red velvet cake look amazing so I’ll definitely try them someday.
When I showed up there was a line! At first I was not too keen on waiting but so glad I did. The line moved relatively fast and when it was my turn I froze! Too many amazing options so I sampled a little, which they allow and is fantastic and went rouge and got two untested flavours lol.nSo happy I waited in line and did not give up, truly excellent quality. Soft, fresh and reasonably priced. I’m happy to report by the time that I wrote this review I went a few times more and got some more flavours and each one was better than last. However, if you like a classic that never fails go for dark chocolate. They also have cakes and coffee and other stuff which is tempting me to go back and check it out. Once I do I’ll add their picks and their review here as well.nMy advice: if you see a line there don’t be scared, wait, it’s worth it!
If what you are looking for is a good and authentic Italian ice cream, this is the right one. They have a variety of super good ice creams. Which of them would be the best? They also have coffee and pastries here. Honestly, when you get to this place you will want to order everything because everything looks super good and tastes excellent. The customer service is good, the girls are very friendly. In this place you must be ready to wait in line and it is usually long, but the wait is worth it if the weather permits.
On a summer weekend night we went late thinking we could do quick dessert. At around 11ish there were at least 30-40 people in the line. Wow. It took a little less than an hour to get through.nnThe service is bit slow, I think there are some efficiencies that can be done. However limited space and an older location is hampering.nnThe gelatos are good - the dark chocolate was the better option for me. The strawberry I did not enjoy as much. Even the combination was not good not my part.nnThankful to Mizzica for giving us so many vegan options. Will drop by for trying out more flavours.
