I stood aside the queue waiting to download the DQ app since they’ve posted stickers around saying download app for rewards. I did sign up and everything then they told me they don’t accept points/scan at the location etc. Unacceptable!

Offerings are good, but there is no queue management or anything. I was waiting to order for 5 minutes and someone else enters and is taken by the employee before I could even realize. There are no signs where to form a queue, too bad.
staff are friendly and lien to serve you. the quality of their products is made well. there are lots of options to choose from. Parking is tight, especially in the summer, and the lines can get a bit long. They have a drive-through, which is nice.
Went in for a Blizzard a while back. The blizzard was good! Will have to come by to try other flavors!
