The food was good at the start, but it exceeded my expectations as the courses progressed. By the third course, I thought this could be Michelin-recommended. The dessert and final few courses were outstanding. I predict that Missing Chopsticks will get one Michelin star. Highly Recommend. Tip: get a reservation.Food: 5/5
Great place to catch up with friends and family. The VIP room was great and the service was amazing. The food was very delicious, and unique. My fav is definitely the lobster bisque. The portion is a bit smaller, don’t come too hungry. Will recommend and hope to return to try out their spot prawn menu!Food: 5/5
Driving up to the warehouse complex you see the warm glow and glimpse of a modern dining room. It was like arriving at a secret location. The anticipated awaits! The recently opened restaurant offered beautifully plated 5 or 6 course menus which were reasonably priced. The baked shellfish with green herbs was a delight for the phone camera and set the tone for the rest of the meal. Looking into the open kitchen you could see the careful execution of each plate which in and of itself was an experience. The whole tasting was detectable except for the lobster bisque with wonton, which was gritty due to the pureed shells but that is my opinion and others might prefer it that way. The dessert... I am obsessed. Custard, panna cota, whatever you are... Chef’s Service was well appointed and attentive. There were’t any kinks that normally comes with a new restaurant and it was a wonderful dining experience. Great venue for a private event too. Recommended
This newly opened French/Chinese fusion restaurant is truly a hidden gem. Huge potential for a Michelin Star. Hope they succeed and do well! Thank you for the amazing hospitality!
Tried their tasting menu at the newly opened Richmond location. Both food and service was phenomenal! Chef Edward and his crew was very professional and my party had no complaints at all. With their open kitchen layout, was honoured to see the whole process of how each course was plated. Truly amazed in how much effort and details that were put in each and every dish. Can’t wait to go back again!
A truly exceptional dining experience. Each dish is a masterpiece of culinary innovation, yet somehow familiar, like reuniting with a long-lost friend. The ambience of the room is sleek and retro/modern, creating a cozy atmosphere brimming with delightful energy. The professional and attentive staff ensured we were thoughtfully taken care of throughout the evening, from the perfectly exquisite wine selections to the delectable mains and decadent desserts. Whether it's a special occasion or just a casual outing, this dining experience is not to be missed. Simply put, go and prepare to be amazed.

Highly recommend to give this place a try but don’t forget to make a reservation! The decor was up my alley, minimalistic and elegant at the same time. We enjoyed our food and thought the price was reasonable for what you got oyster, abalone, beef & etc. I really enjoyed the lobster bisque!
Chef Eddie and staff are phenomenal. New store location in Richmond has one of the nicest decors in Vancouver. Will definitely be on Michelin list next time they are in Van!
