El Cheapo Movers

i have used their service twice in the past— both moves were smooth. however, the one star is for the rude man over the phone. in february i tried to schedule a move for march. first call, no one picked up. called a second time only to have the customer service guy yell my name (i assume they have my number saved) and rudely say he’ll call back in 15 minutes. he never did. i called back again next week, hoping maybe a different person will pick up. but same thing. first call didn’t go through. the second call, same guy yells my name, says he’ll call back, never did. el cheapo needs someone new to pick up their phone and schedule their moves. whoever i spoke to those two times is rude as hell.

Thank you very much to El Cheapo Movers for ensuring that my move was worry-free. Aaliya and Toby, who answered my questions and coordinated the move from the office, were so pleasant and polite. James and Daniel, who moved some heavy pieces through a narrow corridor, were personable, professional, and fun to be around. Overall, it was a great experience!

Solid moving service with a professional and personable crew. Used these guys twice so far and both teams were exceptional and handled all items professionally despite packing or weight.

We chose El Cheapo after getting a quote from one of the "BIG" companies. Their price was reasonable and as experienced packers ourselves, we did a lot of the prep work so these guys could come in and just move our stuff! They arrived on time, were friendly and courteous, and moved everything with care and strength. Call out to Donald and Daniel and Isiah! BIG THANKS

The movers were on time, fast, friendly, affordable. It was cheap because they only charge a one hour minimum. I will use again and will tell my friends and family to use the company.
