Mink Chocolates Factory and Cafe

Delicious chocolate & Top notch customer service. Due to covid new work arrangements, I no longer is near their downtown location during work hours. During my “covid vacation time”, I happen to be near their factory and thought to pop by for my hot chocolate craving. Oh my I was so glad that I did! The lady is super nice even offered extra chocolates for my friend who did not get out of the car! I just miss their hot chocolate so much most places in town make hot chocolate with syrup. Too bad they had to cut short of their opening hours during covid, hopefully I’ll get to visit them again for a nice cup of hot chocolate.

One of the best chocolate shops in town. They have a wide variety choices - their chocolate bars' flavours are creative and delicious. They use high quality ingredients to produce not only the chocolate base but also the complimentary flavours. A must try if you haven't had their bars or truffles!

I highly recommend this place! My husband and I tried their traditional fondue and it was SO good. It was accompanied with a plate of cut-up apples, clementines, bananas and cake. Initially, I wasn’t sure if it would be enough to finish all the chocolate in the pot but it was the perfect portion size of course they know what they’re doing. The chocolate was absolutely delicious not too sweet and the service was great. I didn’t catch the name of the lady serving us but she was so friendly and attentive. I can’t wait to go back and try their frozen chocolate!

Absolutely the best drinking chocolate I have ever had. The hot chocolate is great plain and with peppermint. The chocolate bars have the creamiest texture and best flavour combinations. Key lime and Passionfruit coconut were my favourite. The chipminks make THE best chocolate chip cookies. I literally daydream about the texture. Superb friendly, helpful service. Can’t wait to go back and try the s’mores fondue!

I've ordered online from Mink twice, and both times had absolutely unreal customer service from them. They were gifts to others and the owner reached out both times to make sure my requests were being met. Honestly, just above and beyond and I will continue to buy from these wonderfully local crafts people. Obviously the chocolate is phenomenal too. My mom loved the pink grapefruit caramel so much that I'm jealous I haven't had that one.

omg, the chocolate is amazing! the bars are delicious and you can find great options for gifts. customer service was above and beyond. looking forward to go there again soon to try one of the beverages on the menu.

I've been here only once, and the staff were so friendly and the service was so excellent I would recommend to anyone. I had my kids with me and the staff treated them so well. The chocolate was also very high quality! I don't often get high end chocolate, so I can't tell you that there was a sunflower field near the cocoa plants or anything like that, but it was wonderful.

Hands down BEST hot chocolate ever! Soo good. This location is super quiet, came by during mid-day and there was nobody there. Tried the milk hot chocolate, which came with an individually wrapped piece of Mink dark chocolate. Definitely coming by this cafe again to try their food items. And ordering myself another hot chocolate :

I ordered the romance box to be delivered to my daughter's hotel for her honeymoon. I received a call first thing the following morning a Saturday to be sure the delivery wouldn't miss them. After I reassured him that the couple weren't checking in until the following weekend, he said, "In that case I'll wait until Thursday when I've made a fresh batch of chocolate before boxing it up and delivering them." So thoughtful to call, even though he was headed out of town for the day, and to provide best quality chocolate for the happy couple. And the chocolate was delicious, of course!!

First time for me at Mink. The coffee is incredibly, service excellent and the chocolates very fine. Great shop to purchase gifts for the chocolate lover in your life. Chocolate fondue sets for sale
