Helpful services within employees means of work and rules. They go by the book. Office hours has changed and could be better extended to support customers before and after working hours.

Not often in provincial governmental offices especially in laval do you folks who are English friendly. This was to my great shock and surprise. I went there the first time when I was 19 years year it was the first time I was ever filing taxes and from knowing nothing I knew more than something. It’s just that there’s a long wait I never been there for more than an hour.

Dont bother with there complaints team, they just fake supporting you and take the stance of helping you. Again, time to be sued in court to prove a point.

They never stop stiling money from people poor service and never be fair to people.nI payed all my taxes and they stil asked me to pay them so I'm very tired of them

The worst people in the province works here. They aren't afraid to put you on the streets if you struggle to pay them. They are the real mafia here in Quebec.
