My daughter sprained her ankle two weeks ago and we went to Crystal Clinic quick care. Quick care told us to have her wear a boot for two weeks with a compression sock, which we did. Today at the follow-up visit with Dr. Mineo he acted like we had done the wrong thing by wearing the boot and the compression sock. There seems to be a disconnect in care/treatment from the Crystal Clinic Quick Care and Crystal Clinic.

Dr Mineo is a great doctor. He takes the time to explain your situation and addresses all your concerns without being rushed.

Went in for my cortisone injection in my hands he has done them before .Today he just looked at the no xray and said oh you have some arthritis no I have carpel tunnel you diagnosed it now why are you not doing what gives pain relief .he told me to go see a rheumatologist I didn't co.e in to pay an office call to get a referral and now I have pain and no shots and a wait list to see another doctor thanks for nothing I guess your were to tired to give the shots that day but I wont chose you again there are many choices in hand doctors out of portage county
