Too bad there is not negative stars for this rating. Had a sensitive emergency type situation and receptionist was robotic, and nasty. Medical help should be available to individuals in chronic pain. What up Ohio??

The receptionist was clueless about their availability on holidays and was rude and unpleasant to speak with because she would either ignore or respond questions incorrectly without listening to the question.
