We don't know what school this person went to but my mother and I had a tremendous experience at the Milwaukee School of Flower Design.  The flowers were awesome and more than ample and we were able to take them all home!  

Not only did we learn design, but the whys and hows behind design.  It was incredibly motivating and we have utilized this information.

There were no hidden or extra costs and we highly recommend these classes.  In addition, Michael Gaffney, the school Director, has a wonderful new book out called DESIGN STAR which truly augments the classes.

We highly recommend Milwaukee School of Flower Design.
