I got these for my wife for our 16th anniversary.. "February 1, this picture she sent me this morning, February 5", with a text that read, "Honey they opened up more and my office smells so good"!!!

My mother started her third round of chemo and I wanted to get her arrangements for her treatments. Karen and the rest of the team have since sent bouquets each treatment she has and have given me awesome pricing while delivering amazing arrangements. I have ordered over 10 arrangements and each one has been amazing. I only use them for my flower needs now.

Ordered flowers for my mom's birthday and they delivered the completely wrong bouquet with 1/2 the amount of flowers shown in the picture. The delivery driver also told my mom that the balloon I paid extra for flew away so she wasn't going to get one. I paid a lot of money for poor quality!! Do Not Use!!!

A few years ago, I bought beautiful roses for my mother in law at Chet & Leona's. I usually do my own floral arrangements but this year I was so busy I couldn't get flowers for my mothers birthday ahead of time since being a day after valentine's day, all were gone. So I thought about Chet & Leona's since my mother LOVES red roses. I checked their website and order by phone to pick up the next day. The lady who answered and too my order sounded very nice and friendly. I had a really good feeling about this. Next day (feb 15th) I pick up my floral arrangement and surprised!!!! what were suposed to be be beautiful red roses in my mothers floral arrangements, were pink! My mothe's name is Margarita, which is the name for Daisy flowers in inglish, and the White Daisies where crumbled-beaten-up-Daisies. I was very dissapointed and called them back. The older guys who ansered the phone was nothing less than rude and almost yelling at me. he said they would make a new one for me but, since valetines had been the day before, they had no red roses. You would think an order made specifically with red rosed and white daisies would be red and whilte.... nope! and they decided to replace without telling me. When I told him I did not have time to wait for htem to make a new arrangement he said. "ok, bye!" and hunged up. I called back and asked for a refund. he said very rudely, to go back to the store and they would do a refund. The lady opend the bag, checked the flowers, and said, I was not going to be able to find better flowers anywhere in Milwaukee. Sad, because I find better looking ones at wholesale stores (at retail price ofcourse) for the arrangements I make. My mother's birthday flowers were a day late and I will not go back to Chet & Leonas, ever! oh and my refund is not back yet, its been 5 days and they still have my money on hold. I sugest Just because florist on 43rd and Oklahoma. I buy long stem roses for my arrangements there sometimes, and the sir, that's always there had the best customer service ever!
