Absolutely the most fabulous service and selection extraordinaire!  The ladies go above and beyond to assist, especially with long distance delivery! Most notable is the quality of the arrangements and how they increase in beauty longer than any others I’ve known!❤️

I ordered flowers for a funeral the day before Valentine's Day. They assured me they could make an arrangement specifically for a funeral. Got to the store and they came out with red flowers in a white basket, a white, bow and a pink butterfly decoration. I left and realized I couldn't possibly bring these in. If I wanted Valentine's Day flowers, I couldve gone to any convenience store. So I didn't bring them in, because of sheer embarrassment. I tried to return them and the owner of the shop defended the arrangement and did not give me any kind of refund, discount, or even an apology. Instead, she shamed me for leaving them in the car while I was attending the funeral and insisted there was no way she could I use them. I am still in shock that this is what customer service looks like here.

My 11yr old daughter & her father were in Fri 10/20/17 to pick out a birthday arrangement for me from your shop. I just want to say thank you to the woman (I believe her name is Kelly but I’m not for sure?) who helped my family make my day extremely special! My daughter had fun picking out the beautiful flowers with you & wanted me to leave a good review for you all. The flowers are fabulous &  your kindness to my family means more to me then you will ever know! Thank you!

Fresh flowers always prompted service  if it's not quite the color I'm looking  for they will find a way to accomplish my look great job ladies

The convenience of ordering online was helpful. When the recipient called to acknowledge the delivery, I was pleased with how quickly the order had arrived. Better yet the vase and arrangement were exactly as depicted online. A great way to thank someone for doing something nice for us.
