I had a house closing in Hunter New York this summer, and I contacted Marc Miller to represent me as an attorney. From my initial phone consultation with Marc, all the way through to the actual closing date itself, Marc and Autumn were extremely helpful in every regard. With thorough knowledge of all the ins and outs related to real estate transactions -- any questions or concerns that I had, Marc was very quick to allay those concerns. Both Marc and Autumn were very effective at communicating with me throughout the process via phone and email, and I could tell by the email correspondence that they were very comfortable in doing so; unlike other attorneys that I've dealt with in the past, who seemed to not have a handle on organizing the volume of emails that arise with a real estate closing. Autumn was always very polite and cheerful, as well as very knowledgeable in her field, and was always one step ahead of my questions -- they make an excellent team together. Marc and his staff have been phenomenal throughout our entire home buying process. He closely read our contract (book) from our builder, found discrepancies and saved us money in the process. Marc has an awesome personality and takes everything in stride, which was very reassuring because at times the building process was quite stressful. Marc and his staff promptly addressed any questions or concerns we had regarding our real estate adventure! Overall, Marc is an exceptional attorney, who we highly recommend.

Marc and his receptionist Autumn made our first home purchase go smoothly. We closed in a little over 2 months from our original offer. Marc was easy to talk and I enjoyed his jokes. I was given a bit of a heart attack the night before closing, but Marc and his team immediately called the bank and sorted the problem out and got back to me quickly. I would recommend Miller, weiner and associates to anybody I know looking for a real estate attorney.
