John Fisher is an excellent trial lawyer! He is caring and compassionate but also a fighter who will go to war against insurance companies who may deny his clients justice. John is also a giving mentor to many people including up and coming lawyers. He believes in the maxim: you get far more by giving than taking. He is a true credit to the profession of law and his clients are very lucky to have him by their side!

I would have hired him a NY minute if he had been in my area. However, he gave me great advice for the area I live in. My research took me to his website. I wish he could have handled my case. John Fisher is a very fine lawyer. He is dedicated to the cause of making our community safer by helping the families of those that are hurt. He believes that the more lawyers that know how to do this, the better our society will be. I read John's first book after a friend gave it to me. Since then I bought a copy for each of my employees and a couple of colleagues. It is game changing. If you need a lawyer, hire him. If you are a lawyer, read his book and blog.

John Fisher is one of the top "go to" personal injury and wrongful death lawyers I refer to in New York. He's not only an experienced and top-rated lawyer, he's also a gifted communicator. When it comes time to successfully negotiate a settlement or win a trial, it's all about having talent and communication skills. John has both and for those two reasons, and many more, he gets my 5 stars and also a "15" on a scale of 1-10!

I have known John for several years.. As a colleague and friend I can say without question if you are a client of his then you are quite lucky. I know many lawyers across the state and John is no regular lawyer. John never settles for mediocrity. He gives each and every client the time and attention that they deserve. I would whole heartedly recommend him when you need a lawyer who is up for the challenge .
