As an attorney and friend I would highly recommend John DeGasperis in both aspects. The firm as a whole, are outstanding people, friendly and attentive while being completely fair and understanding. Unfortunately my experience with Basch and Keegan may result in a grievance being brought against one of its lawyers, who shall remain nameless at this point until I have had a chance to discuss my problem with Ms. Keegan or Mr. Basch. I want to give them every opportunity to make this right. I am an attorney myself (retired) and I know that a grievance is not a matter to be taken lightly.

I am an attorney that has worked with John DeGasperis on a personal injury case.  John was very knowledgeable of the facts and law, and helped get our mutual client, who was injured in a motorcycle accident, fair compensation for his medical bills and pain and suffering.  The settlement was also reached quickly.  I recommend his firm for anyone in need of a personal injury lawyer in New York.

I would highly recommend this practice for anyone dealing with any sort of personal injury claim. My case was settled within six months of the accident that I was involved with. Everyone who works here is very friendly, helpful, and professional. I personally dealt with John DeGasperis and he was very vigilant and worked very hard towards my settlement. I went into the situation just expecting the bare minimum to get my lost wages covered while I was out of work, but he was able to get me a much higher settlement amount than I expected. I appreciate the folks that work at this law firm and would recommend them to anyone in their tough times.
