Yes owner I would accept my money back and a complimentary free wash. How do I receive this ? This is the worst car wash I ever have been to since I moved here. No soap comes out of the wand when the select dial is on soap and no soap comes out of the brush just water when you select brush. I spent 11.00 and only got water. My truck is just as dirty as when I entered just removed the loose grime. If I was the owner I would be totally embarrassed about how your car wash is up kept. I sure hope someone gets back to me about this because I live in Quispamsis and this is by far my worst experience. If you have a manager maintaining this place get rid of him as he is not doing his job. Any one wants to wash your vehicle don’t go to this place Yes owner I would accept a full refund and a complimentary free wash. How do I receive this full refund and complimentary wash?

My father went here on Friday or Thursday of last week he cleaned his car and his mats and went about his business. As he was just down the road he realized he forgot his car mats hanging at the car wash. He went right back couldn’t have even been 10 minutes and the mats are gone. No help what so ever from the owner. Not even a small amount of help even though there are security cameras on site. Very disappointed as this is the only car wash in the valley we would ever use. Guess it’s time to checkout the one down the road that takes debit from now on.

I could not use as it ate my 5 dollars. I called them and they etransfered me the money right on the spot and i was able to use a different bay to wash my vehicle. Quick response and resolution. Awesome!!!!

I appreciate the ability to use tap to pay. The washing equipment all worked well and there were no issues.

Constantly out of soap in the bays, and when you call the property management company that looks after it they’ll tell you you’ll get your money back.. but the money never comes.

Best car wash in the Valley! Easy access, clean bays, great water pressure and they now have « tap » for payment

Won't be going back. Put 8 dollars in and the spray gun would not turn on. Called to inform them of wash bay #2 not working and ate my money only to get a thanks have a good day.

Soap didn't despense properly and while rinsing there was a hit of soap coming out and there didn't seem to have any wax agent when applied
